This thing has been purchased by the Ottawa Police department, at a cost of $341,000, from a company in Massachusetts called Lenco Industries.

I tried to look up who and what this company is and got another wonderful virus (well 5 actually). Hopefully, they are gone now - but odd that.

There may be ties to Haliburton. Hard to say since I crashed.
